For payment, please note that the following registration fees apply and must be settled at the time of sending your registration email. Your place is only confirmed upon receipt of payment. For ease of matching up your payment, a copy of your transaction is very welcome!

Registration fee includes:

• Participation at the conference (both days)
• Coffee breaks

Cancellation Conditions:

• For cancellations received by July1st, 2016, 100% of the registration fee will be refunded. 
• For cancellations after July 1st, 2016, a cancellation fee of EUR 25 will be charged. This deduction will be made to cover the cost of processing.
• All refunds will be issued after the Conference.
• Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to hft2016@univie.ac.at.
